In this moment I\u2019ve forgotten every unnecessary part of the past<\/p>\n
There are some parts I\u2019ve chosen to keep with me<\/p>\n
Essential parts can\u2019t be lost<\/p>\n
No need to hang on to their shells<\/p>\n
This is being current<\/p>\n
(literally – current – electricity, water)<\/p>\n
There is no question everything I need is here right now or coming and very close<\/p>\n
In my body I feel a sense of expanding into what\u2019s next<\/p>\n
Where I draw the next thing I need<\/p>\n
I am present<\/p>\n
I am clear<\/p>\n
I sense the next step I\u2019m taking<\/p>\n
draws in the next stepping stones.<\/p>\n
No need to know beyond that.<\/p>\n
Clear and deep trust that exactly what I need will be there exactly when I need it<\/p>\n
Thinking of the old pattern I had of keeping stuff because I might need it.<\/p>\n
Had to do with belief that I had to be the Source of what I needed<\/p>\n
If I didn\u2019t keep it when I encountered it, I wouldn\u2019t have it when needed.<\/p>\n
I see little girl w\/o needs met, so of course I would hang on.<\/p>\n
Belife \u201cYou may never have access to this abundance again\u201d<\/p>\n
What allows me to get here is unshakable trust.<\/p>\n
What feeds and supports me is bigger than me<\/p>\n
What about regret for having let some things go?<\/p>\n
Those times are about doubting abundance<\/p>\n
And comes from regret\/grief that I didn\u2019t fully experience it when I did have it<\/p>\n
I need to have lots and lots of forgiveness around that.<\/p>\n
If there is grieving, grieve and realize I can\u2019t recapture the past moment.<\/p>\n
I can only experience this moment and let the past go<\/p>\n
This allows me to experience things in my life that are currently serving me<\/p>\n
I don\u2019t need relationships with thousands of things<\/p>\n
Just hundreds of things that represent my current life<\/p>\n
That\u2019s the right balance of energy<\/p>\n
And that\u2019s perfect.<\/p>\n
