Mmmmmmmmmmmhhhh. . .<\/p>\n

I am completely open<\/p>\n

to direct guidance<\/p>\n

I let go of any illusion of me<\/p>\n

as a lone individual<\/p>\n

and I\u2019m aware of the many spirits who are connected to me<\/p>\n

and I have open, direct communication with them<\/p>\n

I welcome spiritual guides as part of my awareness<\/p>\n

it feels like a partnership<\/p>\n

What I realize is that what\u2019s gotten in the way in the past<\/p>\n

is simply my ego \u2013<\/p>\n

the belief that I am the one doing this.<\/p>\n

I liked that because I could take the credit<\/p>\n

\u201cI don\u2019t see you guys so it must be just me . . . \u201c<\/p>\n

(bright laughter)<\/p>\n

Oh, what a silly thing!<\/p>\n

When I relax into what’s more real,\u00a0 I know that I am a unique individual<\/p>\n

and I also understand that<\/p>\n

I am a teeny tiny little light<\/p>\n

In a sea of infinite light<\/p>\n

and to try to shine less or more<\/p>\n

than any other light<\/p>\n

is a really silly idea.<\/p>\n

Oh, I can see a million moments in my life where I\u2019ve done that<\/p>\n

(more loving laughter)<\/p>\n

Oh, that little ego<\/p>\n

The thing to do with that little ego when I notice it wanting to be more special and take credit<\/p>\n

is to just remind myself that there is nobody else just like me<\/p>\n

that\u2019s all I need to know.<\/p>\n

My significance is felt when I see my truest light shining<\/p>\n

my significance is to shine, to shine pure love<\/p>\n

I\u2019m realizing that my mind uses these words love and light as though they are separate things<\/p>\n

But what I\u2019m experience now is that the love and the light and the dark are exactly the same.<\/p>\n

Pure energy. Vibration.<\/p>\n

The most core reality there is.<\/p>\n

Everything. EVERYTHING is energy.<\/p>\n

And<\/p>\n

EVERYTHING is LOVE.<\/p>\n

It is what we are made of. What everything is made of. And the dark is where EVERYTHING originates.<\/p>\n

The sun is light.<\/p>\n

The sun is love.<\/p>\n

Food is light.<\/p>\n

Food is love.<\/p>\n

We are light.<\/p>\n

We are love.<\/p>\n

Light, the only constant \u2013 Love, the only constant. Same thing.<\/p>\n

I\u2019d love to have a new word for this<\/p>\n

Just to say love and light creates two words with distance between them.<\/p>\n

A distance that is not real<\/p>\n

My feeling is that somewhere in language there must be a word that means both.<\/p>\n

In my body I\u2019m feeling Love\/Light as one<\/p>\n

This feels like the real stuff<\/p>\n

I can feel all these separations that used to exist blending, coming together.<\/p>\n

I’ve had the experience of duality operating in separation<\/p>\n

Light was Spirit<\/p>\n

Love was Emotion<\/p>\n

Somehow those felt like different things<\/p>\n

This feeling is permeating all of me<\/p>\n

From here, these beings –<\/p>\n

these other presences<\/p>\n

are right here.<\/p>\n

And they are completely Love.<\/p>\n

I also understand why I don\u2019t have a lot of verbal dialogue with them<\/p>\n

When I ask for specific questions or guidance<\/p>\n

it\u2019s much more about sensing a very quiet guidance.<\/p>\n

These guys are not chatty<\/p>\n

They say \u201cBe Still and Know\u201d<\/p>\n

It\u2019s beyond language<\/p>\n

There is a physical sensation too<\/p>\n

it\u2019s an anchor that\u2019s a way of recognizing that knowing.<\/p>\n

It’s a deep calm in my solar plexus.<\/p>\n

That’s interesting because it’s a place where I have felt so much tension for so long.<\/p>\n

The calm pulses very quietly and effortlessly pulls me to the right action.<\/p>\n

This is my guidance system when it comes to taking action.<\/p>\n

There are other centers that have other purposes at other times, but this is the important one to pay attention to now.<\/p>\n

It has to do with my purpose. It has to do with healing my relationship around Time.<\/p>\n

It has to do with healing my Self, my understanding of Self and how brightly I choose to shine in the world.<\/p>\n

I can trust this feeling completely<\/p>\n

I can trust it’s movement completely<\/p>\n

I can be still and in action in the same moment<\/p>\n

Yes.<\/p>\n
